This Privacy Policy explains how the SpinDecide mobile application (“SpinDecide”, “the app”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the app.

1. Local app data

SpinDecide does not require an account and does not use its own backend database. Custom wheel categories, wheel values, language preferences, and similar app preferences are stored locally on your device.

We do not receive or store this locally saved wheel content on our own servers. Removing the app or clearing its local storage may remove this data.

2. Advertising

SpinDecide displays advertisements using Google AdMob, a service provided by Google. AdMob may collect or process certain information automatically in order to provide, measure, protect, and improve advertising services.

Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google’s services, this information may include device or advertising identifiers, IP address, app interaction information, diagnostic information, and information used to estimate general location.

3. Permissions and device features

SpinDecide may use device features such as haptic feedback to improve the wheel-spinning experience. The app does not require access to your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera for its core decision-wheel functionality.

4. Internet access

Core wheel functionality works locally on the device. Internet access may be used by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob to load and measure advertisements.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. SpinDecide may allow third-party service providers, such as Google AdMob, to process information as necessary to provide advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and related services under their own policies.

6. Data retention

Data created directly in SpinDecide, such as custom wheel categories and options, remains stored locally on your device until you edit or delete it, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app. Information processed by third-party services is retained according to those providers’ own policies.

7. Children’s privacy

SpinDecide is a general-audience decision wheel and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly operate our own system for collecting personal information from children.

8. Your choices

Depending on your location and device settings, you may have controls relating to ad personalization, advertising identifiers, consent, and privacy settings. These controls may be available through your device settings, Google settings, or consent prompts shown by advertising services.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, applicable requirements, or third-party services change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when we publish an updated version.
